My son was happy with this bike 2 weeks only. Until left pedal fell off the bike. Now we have a nice looking bike, but my son can't ride it.
I contacted Elswick Bike company and found them very helpfull. They sent new parts. I was surpraised how fast they done this. It even didn't take one week.
Now my son can ride his bike!
I got this bike in the post 80% built it was easy
To build the rest but my 1st ride wasnt great after
About 30 seconds the left pedal became loose
And as it fell off the bike i almost fell with it.
I throught to myself ill go and tighton it so i did
And it fell off again, it keeps happening.
I know its not my fault as its a pre assembled
Part. I have written to amazon but still no reply,
So i have a gd looking bike that i cant ride, great!
