First thing was that it was full of scratches and scuffs.
The allen key was the wrong size.
The front suspension gets stuck in, had to pull wheel down to free it up.
Sent back for refund.
Bought this bike 5 months ago and surely worths its money.
Arrived promptly in a nice box and took me about an hour to assemble it.
As a matter of fact there were some scratches in 2-3 spots but not very big.
There is a slight problem with the back gear system but I can live with it.
I've changed the tyres with Schwalbe Speed Cruiser 26X1.5 and is going much better in city(higher speeds).
I use it almost every day to ride for my job(about 5km) and till now i didn't have any kind of problem.
