Arrived very quickly like all Amazon orders, Very easy to assemble as only the front wheel and handle bars are removed for transit 5 mins to fit and just pop on the saddle adjust for height and tweek the brakes and gears then off you go.
Only in our case oh dear the pedals were all over the place! Only to find the crank fitting on the frame was badly assembled and cross threaded, the bearings had collapsed after trying it out so the bike was useless.
But after a call to Amazon wow what service! They arranged for a replacement to be sent next day and a courier to collect the defective one, I could not ask for a better service.
The replacement bike arrived and after testing had no problems all worked fine, I can recomend this mountain bike if you are looking for a budget low cost bike for light use like my wife wants it, to get back into cycling and mostly to go with us on our caravan trips.

I've bought this bike for my girlfriend trusting that the product would be one in the picture, but when opened the package we realised that it was 'cheaper' version.
The image shows a 21-speed bike, fitted with trigger shifters, aluminium crank arms, decent saddle and quick-release seat post. But will not get any of these features.
Bottom-line is, unlike me, DO READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
