i recently bought this and was very pleased at first because the bike looked to be very good for the price. this however was disproved when i took it for a spin. i only got about a mile when the whole pedal arm just fell off. this part of the bike was already assembled and no tools were provided to tighten the nut so i assumed it was going to be fine and certainly did not expect it to just fall off. very dissatisfied.
Ordered this bike on friday and was deliverd on monday despite being super saver delivery and severe cold weather. So full marks for it.Assembling the front wheel was a bit frustating as i don't know much about bikes and this is my first bike. Pedals are plastic i guess that is what you get for this price. Did a bit of riding and feels OK. Gears feels OK as well and changing them was alright if not smooth. I think for the price its not bad. If you want to do some serious biking then it may not be ideal (due to plastic parts).
